Chat not working?

I'm presently unable(since hours) to connect to Matrix chat.
I get a message stating:
error connecting IRC.webmaster.com:700

Resisti I am having trouble also. I think Guest 67597 never leaving has something to do with it.

Hm...i saw that guest,too,on the chat all day long yesterday and early this morning,before starting to have connection problems;I tought it was somebody from Matrix staff doing some kind of tests..

Try it now..... I think I fixed it.
