Still Can't check order progress

I went to the help desk to check the progress of my order, and used the new username and password given to me in a June 13 email. Unfortunately, I was never able to get in to check the progress of my order. I was careful to input exactly what I was given, paying attention to case sensitive, etc. What do I do now???

OK, you use the store to track your order, you use the help desk to ask a technical support question, you can't check your order status through the help desk.
There are links to UPS and USPS package tracking on teh left side of teh store front page.
We do not track orders for you, we simply provide links to UPS ans USPS so you can track them.
