Retail price?

Hi guys.
I am eagerly awaiting this game and have a couple of questions.
1. What will the price be in Australian dollars? I think it is $39.99 US.
2. Will the game definitely be available for download on the 16th? I am rather impatient for the release, which is why I am considering downloading it from you guys rather than waiting for EB to get their act together here.
3. If I choose physical shipment plus download, what kind of physical shipment will it be? I mean, is it the same as the retail box etc? (with a manual, if the game has one).
