Map errors in Market Garden

Market Garden scenario:-
I noticed that armoured units could not move into certain hexes under any circumstances. Upon looking at the scen in the editor, I see that all the "raised road" terrain types have a tank movement factor of 0. This corresponds to the hexes I had noticed ...
Just FYI, I can probably just about work out how to fix it myself in my copy.
