Online play

I am having a tough time getting a game online. I have v5.1, have downloaded v5.3 but there seems to be no effect, I log onto the internet through prodigy, and the last digit of my ip address(whatever that is) is different every time. I love playing spwaw but am not very computer or internet oriented.
