Artillery Ranges

Artillery ranges are all messed up. These ranges need to be standardized and normalized across all 27 nations.
It will probably be a huge project to research, cross-reference, and verify the artillery ranges for all artillery units for 27 nations.
Any volunteers?
I personally do not have access to the historical data needed to do this.
But I know how I would go about it. I would make a large spreadsheet that has 27 pages, one page per nation. Then I would fill in that spreadsheet nation by nation until I had all 27 pages completed, one at a time. Then I would verify each weapon for each nation. Then I would cross-reference each weapon throughout the entire spreadsheet to check for consistency throughout all nations to make sure that differences for the same weapon in different nations were eliminated.
I know how I would do it. But I don't have the historical data needed to do the job.
Who can do this? It is badly needed.
Somebody who is intimately familiar with the SPWAW artillery system should do this. Somebody who knows how SPWAW currently handles ranges. Somebody who knows how counterbattery fire works in the game. And somebody who knows how to deal with the SPWAW maximum range of 248 hexes (12,400 yards) for weapons that had longer maximum ranges. For example, if there is a howitzer that has a range of 13,000 yards and a field gun that has a range of 18,000 yards, do they both get an SPWAW range of 248? Or is there an algorithm in SPWAW that scales ranges to account for long-range weapons? That is what I meant by 'normalization' of artillery ranges.
Perhaps SPWAW limits all artillery with maximum historical ranges of 13,000 or less to a maximum SPWAW range of 200 hexes. Then perhaps for every 1000 yards range greater than 13,000 yards, 2 SPWAW hexes are added.
Up to 13,000 yards = up to 200 SPWAW hexes.
14,000 yards = 202 SPWAW hexes
15,000 yards = 204 SPWAW hexes
Etc.
Is that how SPWAW normalizes ranges greater than 12,400 yards? We need somebody who knows all those answers to work on this project.
