PDS Crashes - 1.3.149

Hi.
Some people are experiencing a crash in the PDS after they update to the latest build (as of this writing, 1.3.149).
This crash is normally reproduced simply by trying to assign a command to a command point. This problem is due to the maindata.mdb file in the game install folder not having been updated by the update process.
I have not determined why some are updated and others are not. I suspect it has something to do with 'last modified' dates in the file properties, but I'm not sure.
However the fix is simple.
Right-Click and Save-As this file: maindata13149.zip, unzip it and copy the contents to the game installation folder. Overwrite the file that is there.
This will update the missing contents that are required.
