Allied CHS 155 player needed - now found

I have a first turn set up for CHS 155 and now I need an opponent.
The following switch settings are in effect:
Allied Sub doctrine OFF
Japanese Sub doctrine OFF
Fog of War ON
Advanced weather effects ON
Allied damage control ON
Historical first turn OFF
Player Def Upgrades ON
Vary setup OFF
December 7th surprise ON
Allied Reinforcements = Historical
Japanese Reinforcements = Historical
Combar reports ON
Auto sub ops OFF
TF move radius OFF
Set all facilities to expand at start OFF
Automatic upgrade for air groups OFF
Accept air and ground replacements OFF
Turn cycle = 1
AI difficulty = Hard
Show combat animations ON
Show combat summaries ON
Show clouds ON

First turn rules:
Japan:
1. I will attack PH. I may attack a second day and then retire.
2. I will only land troops on bases where the historical first turn
would have.
3. No fleet not mentioned above, will end up more than 4 hexes from
one of my bases.
4. I will not make any other port attacks on turn 1.
5. I will not make any paratroop drops on turn 1.
Allies:
1. May only give orders to existing TFs and may not create any
new ones.
2. May give orders to units assigned to China. But, you may not move
AVG to a base that does not start out assigned to China.
3. No other units may be given orders on turn 1.
I am not going to push out in all directionis. I merely want to start the
game with some things a bit different.

1. Allies - 4-engine bombers on Naval attack set for 10,000+ feet.
2. Allies - discression on how many 4-engine bomber units you make.
3. Japan - I will not enter the Mallarca Strait until after Singapore falls.
