I have upgraded to v6.1

When I start 'The Real Thing - 41(WBW)', it plays normally till somwhere around the tenth move. As I approach the town from the south entrance, the game just closes and goes away. The only thing left running is the SPAWAR menu.

I downloaded a newer version of the scenario from the Matrix web site, but it plays the same way.

Try deleting the steel.prf file in the /save directory. It's always given us a fair share of unexplained problems during battles. Then restart the game, it will automatically recreate the file, the only thing you will have to do is redo your preferences the way you want them.

I have removed the steel.prf file. I appear to have the same problem. This appears to be the only scenario that fails.

I'll forward your problem to the creator Wild Bill, maybe he knows what happened. Better yet let me send you a copy of mine and see if it still has problems. Give me a few minutes to find it.
