When will Matrix have the game ready to be Purchased?

Just wondering if someone from Matrix can tell us when the game will be availiable to buy? The date is suppose to be May 1st, but I have noticed another online retailer just changed it to May 7th.

Our set release date is now should be 00:01 May 4 New York Time.

At this moment I do not see it happening. Everyone else will be even later from what I been told.

If the game has been released in Russia already...shouldnt Matrix be able to start selling right away?

Don't waste time looking into it, just open the doors damnit!!! [:D]. Hell, if I see a copy of UFO:ET on the shelves tomorrow and Matrix isn't selling...I'm obviously going to buy it from the store. If I had the choice between the two, I would much definitely buy from Matrix...Not only because you guys have already provided more answers than Chaos Concepts has, but because I love digital distribution and believe more people need to support it.

Um, it would be nice if you could release the game ASAP. There is a European publisher called Gamers Gate that is apparently selling the game for $20 US from May 4. Now, as I'm really impatient I am willing to pay double for it from Matrix if the Matrix version is released first! But if Gamers Gate is first, well... [X(]

I heard that Gamers Gate postponed its release till May 7. So, Matrix is still going to be the first.
