I am having an issue in my current game. I have not made it this far in any game so this is my first time in 1863. I'm playing as the CSA in the standard scenario. I'm in early May 1863. The button to emancipate isn't there but when I end my turn I emancipate anyway. The CSA just does it. I have reloaded my saved game and retested this about 5 times with the same result. Thanks.

Could you post the save file that allows this to be duplicated please?

I have never done that before. Can you tell me how to?

I am using the 1.9.4 beta patch.

Zip up the two files that comprise the save, then when you post a reply here, click on the "Click to Upload" link in the post window and browse to the zip file you created.

It is telling me the zipped file I made is not supported.

hmmm... Strange. I've never had this problem before Odium. What program are you using to zip the file? Is it the zip program that comes with Windows?

First I used the zip that came with windows. Then I went and got WinZip and used that. Both zip files I created say they are not supported when I try to upload them.
