Forgive me if thats a noob question (ok, i am new here...) but will the patches released by CC work with the download version of Ufo:ET Matrix is offering, or do they need to be adapted by Matrix?

Cause e.g for The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion the patches released by Bethesda dont work for the version you download from direct2drive, so it sometimes took a while until you could get the patch for the downloaded version, which can be especially annoying when a patch fixes critical issues.

Patches for all "3rd Party" games that Matrix sells will be compatable without a problem and you will find them available here, so have no concerns on this matter and enjoy....

Yes, Matrix' digital download system is the best I've seen and the only one I voluntarily use.

Yes, any patches will work fine with our release. There shouldn't be any delay.

So Let me make sure I understand this correctly! all I have to do is use the patch from the maker of the game and that's it! I don't have to wait for you guys to spiffy it up for your version? Like Steam!
