Sorry to bang on about this...it's been explained a thousand times before and will probably be explained another thousand times before next year...but could you humour an old guy
When it is available, now that manuals are available, I will want the DD and box copy with manual...question is

- will the DD and physical copy be listed on the same day
- if not, has it been sorted yet that people who buy the DD can "upgrade" to the boxed version
