Not sure if this error is in v1.2.25 since I have already installed v1.2.26, but there are two ID# 29s instead of 29 and 30. in the "clauses.txt" file.

29 Enforced_Peace
29 Enforced_Alliance

Just got the game so I am not sure how this affects playability.

That column is actually unused (except for zero values), so shouldn't make any difference in the game.
