Ship Class Slot 384

This slot is used for an upgrade of Niagara class (USCG cutters?). It is classified as an AGC in stock and CHS.
RHS attempted to use the slot for AP Isle de France, and later to comment it out. Neither works. If you upgrade a PG to a PT boat tender - it would either become an AP (x.677) or crash the game (6.678 and 9). It appears this function is hard coded and not related to wether a class has 384 defined as an upgrade option. Having no class with such an upgrade does not change the fact this slot will be used by this function.
Code has some wierd effects associated with the classification AGP - not least that they appear with the landing craft function - at any location you call them. I am experimenting with classifying the vessel as an AR. If this works, it (and any other eratta) will be part of the data washed x.70 release. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, do not upgrade PG to PT boat tenders.
