Got this error message while installing:
Error
C:\Matrix Games\UFO Extraterrestrials\data\grass.xbg
A decompression error has occured (#7)
File CRC mismatch - Data Integrity error
Abort Retry Ignore
What to do?
Edit:
I tried re-decompressing the .zip file and it now goes pass the grass.xbg file install correctly, but now I'm getting a decompression error for mission.xbg.

Sounds like a broken or corrupt download.
If you have troubles downloading large files then we suggest you use a download client like "Stardownloader" available for free from
www.stardownloader.com . It will let you resume disconnected or broken downloads. You can even pause them and resume them whenever you want.
You can retrieve the link at any time in a time frame of 30 days from the point of purchase (please note that the 30 days is only "official", "unofficially" it should never expire . Please go to our E-Store and click on "Store FAQs" , there check the "I need help downloading." link. Or go to
www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.

I managed to install it correctly after my 3rd time decompressing the .zip.
I did use Getright to download the file
Re-downloading it again just to make sure. Using a different download manager this time round
Might I recommend a non-zipped file download in the future?
Thanks for the reply

We zip them for two reasons:
1. If there are any errors in the file during transfer, you'll find out as soon as you try to unzip it.
2. Some people's security settings won't let them download a .exe file
Glad to hear a re-download did it.

I somehow lost 6GB of space after the final install + deleting the download. I had to abort the install multiple times due to the corrupt de-compression part way.
Any idea where the missing HD space went to?

Sounds like you might have a bunch of temp files that were left by incomplete installs. I'd suggest downloading and trying
http://www.ccleaner.com/ , that works well for me in such cases.
