Any news as to when the download will be authorized to the rest of the world? (ie. outside of North America or Europe)

I am in Brazil and I cannot download. Was Brazil just excluded as a "colateral"?

Matrixgames only has NA distribution rights.. In Europe Paradox has the rights and the game is dl-able already through Gamersgate. But I really dunno what is possible in Brazil ...[&:]
