i orderd the physical copy and whanted to order the physical and DD hope matrix will help me with this [:(]

We can fix this, but it will require the original order to be cancelled and refunded and a new order placed. In order to do this, please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order # and contact info and we should be able to fix this tomorrow. I'll e-mail you once the original order has been cancelled and a refund process started so that you can then place the order for the option you wanted.
