If you purchased the Digital Download..is there any way to add the Physical later?

Unfortunately, the only way for us to do that is a pretty involved manual process, so we can't normally offer that option, sorry. We've made some exceptions in the past in cases where the physical options were not available from the get go or where something changed enough to warrant it, but it's not our standard procedure simply because of how much extra setup and processing it takes.
