Bugs. Where to report them?

Im making a guess that they are to be reported here.
So, the story:
Third mission, hard diff. Lost 2 men prior, hired a new one (same face as another, no biggie i think).
2 soldiers wounded early in the mission, they where sent back to the ship to heal each other since they where bleeding.
Later another get shot on my turn. Gets it hard. Only 1 hitpoints left and 3 bleeding wounds. He run to the nearest soldier to get some stims. Open inv. on that guy. Taking the stim from shoulder, switching it with the rifle and placing the rifle on the ground. CTD.
I dont remember if this was the new soldier with the same face. But im guessing it doesnt matter. He hadnt moved in this turn yet, so he had the nececary AP to complete the move.
