Training research disappears

All of a sudden I have a training research point income of 0.
Playing the CSA in march 1862.
I've got a savegame I can send you (this forum doesn't alow files over 200 kb?) - as it is, everything is fine, but next turn all my training research income is set to 0, as if I had no war academies (I have the standard 3 that the CSA start with).
I'm playing with the latest beta patch.
If you want the save-file, please let me know.

Forget it - I'm an idiot.
I've been out-played by the AI. (who would have thought that could happen? [;)])
Lynchburg (with two war colleges) is burning after a union raid and Charlestion has just been invaded by an amphibious force which has shut down my other three colleges.
I'm toast.
But a couple of great moves, there, by the AI. And good overall strategy. Congratulations on that!
