Corrupt CRC message cant install!

Have Downloaded Three seperate times. Even dissconnected my router thinking it was a port issue. Regardless of what i do i seem to get a corrupt download. Anyone ever had any similiar situations? Any work arounds besides me adding a physical copy to my order and waiting for it to arrive? This is a weekend and i dont get much game time so getting this game up and running would be so swell[:)]!

Well i returned the game in disgust. No response from anyone @ Matrix or @ DR.
I will wait for the retail to hit the shelves later this month, or get the game from Gamers Gate which has a more efficient online model then matrix game. They also respond when queried. This will most likely be the last game i get from you guys. Thats an average of 4-5 games a year going down the drain.
Thanks for the fond memories fella's. Maybe some uber hit will draw me back, but until then Cheers!

Well, sorry you feel let down. But I guess I can savely say that we have some of the best response times in the business and a customer/tech support which is very responsive. You can do a search on the forums if you don't believe. You posted your request on a sunday. We normally reply within 24 hours, on weekends it can take longer and once in a while somebody slips through. Nothing we need to be ashamed of.
Now for your initial request.
If you get an CRC errore it is most likely a corrupt download.
If you have troubles downloading large files then we suggest you use a download client like "Stardownloader" available for free from
www.stardownloader.com . It will let you resume disconnected or broken downloads. You can even pause them and resume them whenever you want.
You can retrieve the link at any time in a time frame of 30 days from the point of purchase (please note that the 30 days is only "official", "unofficially" it should never expire . Please go to our E-Store and click on "Store FAQs" , there check the "I need help downloading." link. Or go to
www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.
Since you mentioned that you tired 3 times I would also assume that your download chache did not clear properly. This can happen pretty often, the solution woul dbe to clear your browsers cache and the Windows TEMP folder (best done via Windows "Disk Cleanup" feature.
