Since David Hunter is now a 100-percenter in the July scenario, it would be good to have a bio for him. Shenandoah, you strike me as the obvious person to write it -- interested?

I also should give him historical ratings and teachable abilities. I'm thinking of:

Tactics: Fair
Initiative: Good
Command: Fair

Teaches: Foragers (twice), Independent
