Official Anouncement for HotFix Patch

For those of you who are not aware the new Hot Fix patch is up on the Matrix Website. This is a comprehensive patch so there is no need to download the other patches if you haven't already.

It fixes the fumble bug (F9 screen) and it slightly reduces the amount of fatigue that is needed to have a player sub out (3D game only). For the quick sim feature, some timing values were also pulled out and placed in the simdat.dat file. This will allow you to adjust the min/max seconds taken for each style of play (regular, kick off, punt, etc...). There was a request to be able to adjust these times so now you can do that.
