can't order

I have tried for weeks to order products from the Matrix store but all I ever get is "an error occurred in processing."
Can anyone help?

At what point does it occur? Have you tried the 888 number? or Chips an Bits?

Paul,
The error occurs when I hit 'complete order' on the shopping page at the very end of all the entries and information.
I have not tried the other places since I see no reason why I couldn't buy direct. I have sucessufully purchased online before however.
