Game crashes

Today I went to play a turn and th game crashed three times[:@]
Two time durring the combat replay and once when I was doing my moves.
Im playing BigB mod 192 and im patched up to 1.8.0.4.
Any advice?

Well, today I did my turn and it didn't crash at all.

Does it crash as you try to bring up a particular ship or plane? If so the problem is probably a missing or corrupted plane or ship art file. I have had crashes in replay when the animation tries to run as well as orders phase when you call up a ship or plane with a manual command.

It happens in the combat replay and also when im giving orders. Both of my opponents have said the samething about thier game. They say it's the sound and one of my opponents has renames his sound file to oldsound and he hasn't had a crash since. Of course he doesn't have any sound then either.
