Have recently purchased a new computer. Transfered WPO onto new machine. Can no longer get game to work. Does this mean I have to purchase new game, I still have the serial no for game I purchased. Any suggestions?

When you say "transferred", do you mean just copied it over? If so, it definitely won't work. You'll have to reinstall it properly.
