Each saved game is represented by the slot number it resides in ex: save003.*** files coincide with what ever you have saved in slot 3 of your load saved game screen. You can actually delete anything within the save folder if you choose, the steel.prf file will get recreated when you restart the game and alter your preferences. So feel free to delete everything you don't want in the folder.

Try using 'Windows Explorer' and then navigate the games SAVE folder. You should then be able to delete them that way. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
