Looking for another game stock scen 15

My second pbm looking for another somewhat new player. I have a game already that has gone to DEC 30th 1941 but I have time for second one. I can play either side but I have a Japanese turn one thats ready to go.
I like the games to be somewhat historical and not gamey. Rules I have applied to my self as the IJN are one port attack and no crazy long distance invasions, play with PDU on, must pay pp for all transfers, 4e bombers at 10k for naval, no landings on other then bases. We can discuss any other rules you may want to incorporate.
