Well, to make a long story short, I got it running the hard way. I was merrily deleting files that were not really nessecary or thought that they might be interfereing. I deleted a file that was for my internal home network. Now unused, and it crashed my system. After considerable trouble I got my windows reloaded without formatting. But Spwaw works okay so far.
I still do not know what the issue was, but I am going to do a clean install when I get a chance. And I am going to reload everything step by step and see if it causes any issues. But Thank you sincerely for all your help. See my post in the general post
