I played around with the name of cities and height names to add my own flavor in the data file. To my suprise it worked.

I just read an awesome book called 1862, where England enters the war in that year. Now I want to play it like that.

Anyhow, I was thinking I could change the England enters war setting to 3 in the data/ACWconstants file and England will enter the fight when CSA reaches 3.

Is this correct??

I know to back up the file.

I asked a question about adding Foreign generals from France and the British. Some research would need to be done in that area I think.
