Here's a guide to get the x-com music into UFO.There are 2 flavours, PC version and Playstation version:

1) Download the X-com music files from here and unzip anywhere:

converted x-com files:

Playstation version
PC version

2) extract sound.xbg with xbig.exe and replace with the blank xbg.Use the instructions contained in this post if you don't know how.

3) go to the Data/Sounds/music folder in the game directory and replace and rename your converted ogg files to whatever ones you want to replace.for example:

rename geo.ogg to geoOLD.ogg and copy Geoscape1.ogg(from the downloaded files)into the music folder. rename Geoscape1.ogg to geo.ogg. Then you're away laughing..[:)]

4)Enjoy the x-com music while you play [8D]

I gives stats on ho many times it has been downloaded but I can’t do anything more. The only other links are a bunch of LOVE links??? Any other ideas how I can get original x-com music specifically ground battle music for UFOET? Never mind... i figured it out. [/font]
