Zimmer,
This is an issue for someone from Matrix -- most likely Erik Rutins -- to deal with. Please note that I deleted the serial number you provided in your post, since it is my impression that one really doesn't want to release such information because of piracy concerns. If Matrix needs your s/n they'll have it on record.
This is the first time I can remember editing someone's post, and definitely don't make a habit of it, but in this case it seemed necessary.
