It occurred to me that after 1.804 and 1.806 were published there was not that much noise here.
Of course, a couple of guys pointed out what they think has (still) to be fixed (and there IS something to be fixed still).
However, after reading so many posts dealing with critizising the product, the general design, the human interface and what have you I feel we all should not forget that this is a product which has been released quite some time ago, and STILL is supported and updated on a regular base.
So please join me in congratulating the publishers Matrix/3by2 for all what they are doing for us.
And, may be more important, please join me in a big applause for Joe, Don and others who do an awfull lot of good work (which probably isn't that much fun) without being paid.
They do that for us.

Don deserves absolutely no credit for the most recent patch - the correct phrase is "Joe and Michael".

I'm tickled at the work everyone who is involved does for this game. Many thanks from me. It's given me endless hours of entertainment.

I understand you are the guy who did the great sorting tabs in 1.804.

This is a great thread and long over due. The support Matrix has showed for this game has been impressive.

I'm hoping it has something to do with their seeing value in continuing to develop the game and continue the UV/WitP saga...I'm looking forward to an eventual successor where I can micro manage supplies over the entire globe and love every minute of it [:)]

Matrix definately deserves praise and thank you for supporting this great product.

I agree completely with the kudos -
Support for a niche product so long after initial release is excellent. I would also like to extend my BZ to those who have modded, as this has allowed extra choice in play balancing. Perfection would be nice, but it's still a game that totally engages your brain no matter how 'flawed' players percieve it as being .... it can't be that bad or we wouldn't be playing it!

Yes thanks for all the hard work guys. Your efforts over the years have seen the game become both more stable and more playable with each patch.

Frankly, I am astonished at the fine level of support we receive.  Well done to all!
 
I make it a point to buy games from Matrixgames just to keep offering my financial support to a great organization... (Well, I also hope to find another game that will join WITP and SPWAW in consuming all of my time... Who needs sleep anyway?)

My thanks to the devs and modders for the effort and support, but I want to thank also the vets of this forum, someone recently call them "honorable or sirs" [8D] (the guys with 5 gold stars and a grey background) for updating the manual day by day[:D] and help the newbees like me to begin to manage this monster. [&o][&o]
