Since we're all lined up we will go ahead and kick off round 2. Started the game with version 1.011 installed.

Germany: Summer '39 - Polish manuevers on the border cross into German territory. These provacative actions can no longer be tolerated so the Wehrmacht rolls. Fairly standard first turn ensues, Poland falls and it appears that Uncle Joe wants the Baltic States.

That one had me stumped for a while as well. You have to log into the "members area". From there you select "my games" and then "private downloads". It is still a beta version, hopefully it will be bug free, but if not we can give good feedback.[8D]

If you have any other games going on you should make sure to make a copy of the game in a separate directory(I called mined GGAWD-updated. Then apply the update to the game in the new directory. From what I understand games started in the old system won't work in the new. I haven't actually tried it.

Myself and some others had a game finish recently involving dobeln. We haven't heard from him in a couple weeks. Hope everything is OK.

Well I tried to PM him few days ago-no response. He is probably on some sunny island drinking in shade of coconut palm...While he explains finer things of AWD to 2x year old single girls .

I hope that he is ok- it´s to hot for girl involved activities right now[:D]

Dobeln said he was sick a while back, but we've played turns since then. Hopefully he hasn't had a relapse.[&:]

I dont´t know. I think it that dobeln has it. I have sent him PM while back but no reply yet...

I think it is a safe bet that Dobeln has gone the way of MIA.

I am okay with starting over. I hope I can remember what I did right, cause I thought we were off to a decent start this time. Oh, wait a second, that was IN MY DREAMS!

Anyway, sure, if we can find a substitute, that would be fine on this end.

Haudrauf1962 has offered to take over for Dobeln So you guys can start this one over in a different thread to cut down confusion.
