Need allied opponent - BB1.3 on CHS

Looking for an allied opponent for the Big B mod, vs 1.3 on the CHS map.
Can do one turn a day and would suggest the following house rules - stolen from other players, please advise which you do not like.
Generaly looking for someone to play a game with rather then someone who plays the game. My inital attack will be on Manila and not PH.
1. No 4-engine bomb under 15,000 feet, except for ASW/Search missions or Strategic bombing missions
2. No B-29 anti-ship
3. No strategic bombing of captured resources or Chinese resources
4. Chinese forces under china command can fight in Manchuria, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, but not Siam, Burma, DEI, or India, etc.
5. Allied TF’s at sea at start may issue new orders, but may not load troops. No other allied units outside China may be given any orders
6. No forward base refueling of SS TF's in ports under size 3, unless an AO, TK, or AS is present.
7. No Japanese LCU naval invasions north of Tavoy until Singapore falls.
8. PT boats may not be combined with any other type ship. Except when transferring to another base.
9. Only minelaying classed ships may use mines.
10. LCU's belonging to the Kwangtung Command may not leave Manchuria unless PP's are spent to change their command.
11. No China Command LCU may leave China or Manchuko without changing their HQ.
12. No India Command LCU may leave India/Ceylon unless it's HQ is changed. Only India Command LCU’s that start in Burma are exempt from this rule.
13. Only transport type aircraft may be used to air move LCU's. Unless troops are being evacuated to another friendly base that is not currently under attack by LCU's.
14. No rearming TF's in ports smaller than 3 without an AE present.
15. No rearming of capital ships in ports smaller than 3 without an AO/TK and an AE present.
16. US bombers may only fly bombing missions from bases where a US base force is present or if based in china (ie can base US bombers in China)
Opps, almost forgot, would be PDU on, subs off, advanced weather, non historic start and 60 day variable reinforcements.
