Campaign or Just Scenarios

Is there any type of campaign or just battle of this or that type scenarios? I'm not expecting WITP, but is a Great Naval Battle type or mini Uncommon Valor campaign possible?

Each scenario is a stand alone battle, there's no linkage between them.
