Will there be a download version available?

Since it's Matrix, I'm sure there will be as all their games are available for digital download.

It's the best and most hassle-free digital download I've seen, too.

Somebody was grumbling about Matrix not replying to this post. I'm sure they figured they had already & were merely muttering "RTFM" in their beer ....... [X(]
