WIll there be a CD version with a printed manual?
I can download,no problem,but would like a printed manual.A extra ten bucks for a manual would be less then what it would cost be to print one out,and I would have a better quality producet.

Yes, it's already available in the store. For our 2007 games, since Forge of Freedom, all physical copies include box, CD and printed manual.
