ok, can I change bases for the planes? or move from carrier to land?

If you mean you want to transfer squadrons in-game, then yes you can do that. You do it as if you were creating a strike, but when selecting a strike target, select transfer. Note that you can only transfer from carrier to landbase or landbase to landbase, but not landbase to carrier (as this wasnt done historically).
