[:(] why are there so few interceptions in this game?

That gets tweaked one way and then another.  As small changes are made in the code, the numbers may change too.
 
Are you seeing a small number of picks?  Is this in 3D play or with the simulated game?
 

Over time, the number of interceptions has been reduced as people mentioned they felt there were too many of them.

I dont see tons of INTs, but I definately see them. Same with fumbles, just occasionally. Which is fine with me. This is with played out games. I see more in the sim results.

Thanks for the prompt replies. Is there anyway I can adjust the number of interceptions up. I'm creating a 1980/1981 american football league and the interception percentage of QB's in those days was much higher. I find the number of interceptions are a little higher when I sim the game vs playing it out 3D. To answer Marauders question. As for David I want to let you know I love the game and didn't want you to think i was just a whiner!

You mean the NFL from that time period, or was this a minor league? Or are did you mean the 1960/61 AFL?

[:@] Why when there is an interception is a defensive lineman credited with a pass and the defensive team credited with the yards apssing related to the return of the interception?

mpeller6, which version of the game are you using, I thought that stat bug with the passing and interception return yards had been fixed earlier?

I had an offensive lineman throw a 79 yard touchdown pass. CPU vs. CPU, v. 1.3.176

I'm not sure what the problem is with the statistics.  A few builds ago, some tweaks were made in some things that caused some stats to be given to players that should not be.  Some of the issues were addressed, but David has put most of his efforts into 1.5 as of late.
 
It is something we will look at with the 1.5 build.
 
It would be nice to be able to edit stats to be rid of these enomolies.
