What do the "Brains" look like: Or how do you win?

I'm on the Mothership, I've killed all the aliens and cleared the entire board, but can't find the Brains that I'm supposed to kill? Are they some piece of the base that I'm supposed to blow up some how? Very weird. If someone can post a screen shot that would be helpful. I'm going over to the developers site and see if there is a walkthrough.
SPOILER There is walkthrough located here....turns out I did shoot the brain, but not enough...going to do it again.

Mike,
I don't have any screenshots -- just advice. Look for the blinking eye at the front of the "brain" complex. Line a few troopers up and zap the eye repeatedly. After a few hits the compnents of the brain system will explode, one by one. Keep shooting and eventually the entire system will explode. The mother ship is then blown to fragments.

In front of it there are three blue "stasis chambers" for lack of a better word and then you see this long "brass" looking table that reminds me of a cockroach for some reason and behind it is the giant brain with big organic tubes growing out of it's head.
It'll take a LOT of grenades and rifle shots to destroy.
And if you haven't killed all the aliens better leave a couple of men behind to watch for them sneaking up.

Man, this game was awesome... but the ending was terrible!!!

Yeah,i was in arush to finish it and used some sloppy tatics and nearly got burned.Not to mention the Phantom that was on the roof.Now that was a suprise as i've never seen any aliens on a roof in this game before.I'm not sure if it was a bug in the game or what cause it looked like he was a foot or so of the side of the building but at the same level as the roof.

Just beat the game. Had three shot up soldiers left, and it was a close call.
