I just placed an order, system charged my credit card fine, but when I clicked on the "begin HTTP download" link, I got an error. Said a problem was found with my order, message number 30014-4??

me too - same error (got conf email ok)

ugh, I also accidently closed the page with the download link...

These things happen when one jumps the gun, it isn't official yet and most likely the dd is not really there or can be corrupt as in my past experience. There is no "early bird gets the worm" here...only time will tell.

dont worry - you will get an email and then you can go to their find my order service and re-download (for 30 days I think). We are probably a bit to quick....normally I wait untill I see people post they have succeeded but this time I was a bit impatiant.....but I think matrix usualy sort stuff pretty quick (first post after buying their games for a few years - so obvisusly I dont normely get problems !)

[8D]Yes, if you have your email confirmation you can go to www.findmyorder.com and enter that or the last 5 digits of your credit card. Myself, i'll wait until i see it announced, why ruin a perfectly good day[;)].

cool, I had no problems with Carriers at War.  In general with Matrix new releases, I too usually wait a few hours to make sure the bugs are ironed out of the delivery system.

Better wait to the game are on these pages. Matrix  download system is very stable.

ok, It took my funds and gave me the same error, I smeel conpiracy.. [X(]

Problem is here in the UK the game is listed in the online store as available in the new releases section. It processed my order OK but the download failed with a 30014-4 error code, no confirmatory email yet so what do I do?
Ah! the email just arrived  and tried findmyorder dot com but download still failed. Perhaps I will try again after midnight!

OK, I reported the error and recieved a not so nice note saying the issue should be resolved in two business days.. how about the option to cancel my order and then reorder?
All this could have been avoided by giving us a release date of next week, then we could be plesently surprised by an early release.. and now this crap

We haven't announced the release yet folks, please be assured any issues will be worked out. It should not have showed up in the store until ready, so if you are having issues we'll sort them out and certainly it will not take 2 business days. We're looking into these reports right now.

Ok, the problem should now be solved. If you already ordered early, just go to www.findmyorder.com, enter your order info and you'll be able to re-download.

Findmyorder page is no longer available, aargh, will try again tomorrow morning
