Widescreen resolution support?

I run a resolution of 1920x1200. Will this game work at that res, or will things stretch, or will I be playing from a tiny window?

Thanks

It will stretch, you can however set you rmonitor and/or graphic card driver to maintain an applications aspect ratio. Check the documentation of you rmonitor / driver.

Just in general, does this game support different resolutions, or does it only run at a foxed res? (My LCD's native resolution is 1600x1200, is that supported?)

Oh well, you obviously didn't want to play it very badly anyway.

I have a 17 inch 1280X1024 LCD and the full screen mode is just fine for me. The game does not support multiple resolutions but the designers might give us the reason why!

I run a LCD widescreen as 1680 x 1050

The game looks just fine

Obviously I did want to play, because I came onto the forum and asked about the product. I'll play it if/when the developers support the hardware that I use.

I agree. The high price tag of this game warrants full functionality. Widescreen monitors are hardly bleeding edge at this point and not supporting them is just sloppy coding. I'm passing as well.

Hey Joe, that's fine, but could you post a screenshot at that res? I know a lot of wargamers aren't very critical about visuals, so it's hard to know if what's 'fine' to you is fine with me, nevermind that it's stretching even wider on a 1920x1200. I've played a couple of wargames that don't correctly support larger resolutions, and the the visuals were quite poor.

Perhaps the developers could post a wide screen or 2? I would like to see this as well, although its a bit of a mute point for me now as this is only a 2 player game and I don't enjoy that on this scale.

4th July 1943

Of course it is bigger than this in the game.
