i've installed the game on my old desktop with no problems, but, i've upgraded to a laptop and now i can't install the game. i put the disk in, click install and it just locks my computer. i've rebooted several times and get the same problem. i have attached my dxdiag.

Make sure firewall(s) and virus scanner(s) are turned of during the installtion.
