In desperation I am contacting you both for help. On Wednesday last I purchased 'Carriers at War', received my invoice (see below) but to date in spite of mails to both Atlantic, & support @matrix' etc I still haven't heard anything from anyone. I haven't rceived any download link, serial number etc What is happening to your suppliers? Also when attempting to access the members panel my username/password isn't being accepted for some reason.

Hi Flannel,
Until Marc or Erik get to this, can you try heading to http://www.findmyorder.com - Im pretty sure you'll be able to download the game from there. You'll still need a valid serial number though, which Erik or Marc will have to help you find.

Chances are the e-mail got lost in a spam filter, but if you take your order info to www.findmyorder.com you should be able to get a download link right there.

I'll check on why you didn't hear back from our support. They should have responded within 24 hours.

Eric, Thanks for the input, I still haven't heard from 'support@ etc' and I'm not sure what order number they ask for at http://www.findmyorder.com(digitalriver). The only one I have is the 'Matrix Games EU' order number which is also the item/product and invoice number.
They also ask for a password: what password this is I'm not sure, but I've tried all the ones I think are maybe relevant without luck.
Apart from this mail from you, no one at all has responded to my mails.. Atlantic, Digitalriver etc, all of whom I have mailed!!
I've even sent a test message to myself (in case they weren't arriving) mine did!!

The Matrix Games EU number above looks like the right number for the order number. The password is the same one you would have been asked to define when you placed your order. I asked our support and they said they had not received an e-mail from you, so I'm not sure what's going on there. It's very odd that you have not heard back from anyone!
