Some issues to be fixed with patch

I bit the bullet and bought the game here are some of my first observations on what needs to be fixed:
1) Adjustments for scroll speed
2) Music volume control so you may turn it to be lower than sound affects
3) Had a freeze up on the tutorial? never have had a game do that yet till this one.
4) What is the difference between selecting low end machine and high end machine on the initial set up screen? I wonder what this does behind the scenes.
5) Has potential but I will give more feedback as I play it some more.
6) very comparitive to SC2 but more of a resource (computer) hog than sc2.

"Low end" machines cannot use the closest zoom in level.

Yeah, I am all for #1. Need to be able to set the scroll speed and maybe a little pause when scrolling at the edge.

No freezes on this end but i can add to the ebook issue. It won't load from the start up screen and sometimes locks up my PC. It does work for me however under Start/Programs bar. I have the latest Adobe 8.01(?)
Scroll rate adjustment would be welcome as it's a little wonky.

.... Music volume control
In the options music can be turned off.
The volume can be adjusted with your speaker control. Mine is conveniantly located on my keyboard.

Joe, the problem with that is it is no music or loud music which drowns out the sound affects, I prefer music in the background at a low volume , yet the sound affects at normal loudness. I have not seen a game in the last 8 years that doesnt allow you to control the volume via a control panel in the game for music and sound affects seperately.

I hate music in games. Always the first thing I turn off.

I'll second the need for a scroll speed adjustment!
Hit the edge of the screen with the cursor and the map takes off like a rocket.

When exactly do you get it freeze during the tutorial? Is it happening for everyone at the same point? This has never been spotted during the beta test so it's a bit odd.

What iI would like to see in any future patch are the following
1.Undo button.
2.be able to move units then come back to that unit and fire.
3.Button to show which units have moved and have not.I(i Known the icon flash but hard to see from out zoom level)
4.Range of aircraft
5.Engineer units that can build forts or strongh holds.
this would imo make it a better game.having said that I really like it[:)]

Do you know what you clicked on to make it crash while looking at the Italian commanders? What happened, did it crash to desktop, or did the game stop responding and you could still see it on screen? Was it repeatable? If you have any more information that might help that woudl be great! If anyone else has information on this issue please let us know. Crashing in the tutorial is the last thing that should happen!

Great game the only problem i've had so far is when I use the Diplomatic screen to declare war the symbols revert to the NATO style which I hate. I cannot get back to the normal units without exiting and restarting from my last save. So I now save before I declare war.

After declaring war, the program automatically puts you in the farthest zoom-out and shows NATO symbols, however, once you zoom in, you should see the regular icons.
