Operation Barbarossa 1941-division sizes

First time I have been in the editor. Opened this scenario as I think the settings for Axis are unrealistic as may be the case in all Eastern Front scenarios. As most of units are at divisional size I was suprised to find that the main component in a infantry division the rifle regiments were actually composed of an average of around 372 men! This is company strength. Each division shold have around 3 regiments of infantry, not squads.Given that a division is composed of around 10000 men at full strength this is entirely wrong. Therefore I doubled the rifle squad strength as I have noticed that Russian proficiency is same as for Axis, also not correct as many Russian units were short of equipment and many not up to full divisional strength.
I could not find a way of changing the rifle squad size globally without going through each divsion which is very arduos - is there a better way of doing this. What if I changed the division to make it up to something like 10000 men, is this possible, or would this slow down the game. Main drawback is that I would have to the same for Russian units otherwise the game would be unbalanced. Bottom line is to make the game more playable at the Axis at the beginning of Barbarossa, and the best way to do this seems to me to amend unit sizes but there must be a better way of doing this than having to amend every single division. I would also like to change OOB to include real names. Is it possible to attach regiments to divisions and then divisions to Army Corps, and Corps to Army Groups. Do I also have to change the authorised values?
Any suggestions
