Might be a strange place to ask this but any WiFer out there in the San Bernandino area? I'm moving there soon, and i'm looking for a group to hook up with. Found a group near LA but I'm looking for something a bit closer.

I think I'm too far south (San Diego). I know there are some people in the Oceandside/Escondido area, but that's it for SoCal that I know of.

The Oceanside, CAl, group is presently inactive sorry to say.
 
Mike Cobb, a regular WiFCon attendee from this group lives in Bonsall. He and I, in San Marcos, still play CWiF via emails on a regular basis though.

There's a pretty healthy sized group of people in the area.  Try Richard at dost.com if it still exists and ask him if it exists still?
