Building time of base defenses reset at beginning of month

I decided to build a lot of particle defenses at this one base as it was known to the aliens. I started them like a couple of weeks before the end of the month. At the beginning of the month the time to build these defenses was reset to start over again.
The saved game file is from the beginning of the month after they had been reset.
